Even pace is a starting point, not a rule. Some lines are meant to be uneven: a summer program,
a one-time purchase, a class that runs in terms. Treat a flag here as a reason to look closer, not as
proof something is wrong. Your FMS statement is the record of what has actually been paid, so check
the numbers against it.
