Do I need Ongoing Supports once I'm in SDP?

No — it's not required. Most people choose an Independent Facilitator for the initial year, then decide what level of ongoing help — if any — fits their family. Ongoing Supports are simply here if you'd like a hand over time.

Light-touch, as-needed guidance. You manage the day-to-day and reach out when you have a question or need help with a task.

Full Ongoing Support

Hands-on. I actively manage RC emails, service and staffing searches, new budget requests, spending plan revisions, and your end-of-year review.

$150.00/hour

Ongoing SDP support, adjustments, and annual planning.

Funded through SDP budget
